The Beaver G316 Stainless Steel Hook and Eye Turnbuckle with Lock Nuts in 5mm is the smallest thread size in the range, made for tensioning light wire, rope and stay lines. It runs an M5 thread with a 127.5mm overall length, a 71mm take-up body, a 9.5mm eye and a 10mm hook opening, and weighs 0.05kg. Grade 316 stainless throughout, so it handles salt air, wash-down areas and other corrosive spots without rusting out.

One end is threaded left hand, the other right hand. Turn the frame and both bolts draw in together, shortening the unit and pulling tension into whatever it is fitted to. Back the lock nuts up against the frame once you have the adjustment right and it stays put. This turnbuckle is not to be used for lifting applications.
