About this product
The Beaver Drum Lifting Web Sling with Head Ring is a purpose-built assembly for picking up 210 litre drums, rated to a 0.5t working load limit. The sling body is 100% polyester webbing, 50mm wide, with an overall length of 1100mm and cradle dimensions of 65mm and 110mm. A Grade 80 oblong head ring sits at the top so the whole thing drops straight onto a crane hook or shackle.
At 2.8kg it is easy to carry out to the job and quick to fit around a drum without extra hardware. The 500kg rating covers a full 210 litre drum with room to spare, and the soft webbing will not mark the drum the way chain or wire can. Check the webbing for cuts, abrasion and heat damage before every lift, and keep the label readable.
