The Beaver 3S Industrial Manual Lever Block with Overload Protection at 9t is the heavy hitter of the range, built for lifting and tensioning work on rigging, construction and mining jobs. It runs three falls of 10mm x 30mm Grade 80 alloy steel load chain with a black finish, heat treated, calibrated and marked according to ISO 3077 and ISO 1834. Standard lift is 1.5m and it takes 360N of effort on the lever to move a full load. At 47kg it is a two-man lift into position, so plan the rig accordingly.
Gears and mechanism sit inside an all-steel shell, and the built-in overload clutch limits what the operator can pull through the unit.
