The Beaver 3S Industrial Manual Lever Block with Overload Protection in 6.3t is the heavy end of the range, built for lifting, pulling and tensioning on rigging, construction and mining jobs. Two falls of 10mm x 30mm Grade 80 alloy load chain carry the 6.3t rated capacity through a standard lift of 1.5m, and it takes 340N of effort on the lever to move a full load. At 31kg it is a two hand lift onto the job, so plan your anchor point before you start.
The built-in overload clutch limits what the block will pull, and the gears sit inside an all-steel shell. Load chain is heat treated with a black finish, calibrated and marked to ISO 3077 and ISO 1834. ID plates and rivets are stainless steel to avoid sparking, which suits underground work. Brown colour coding marks the 6.3t size, and every block is operationally tested to rated capacity and supplied with a test certificate matching the stamped side plate. Complies to AS 1418.2.
