The Beaver 3S Industrial Manual Lever Block with Overload Protection is a 3.2t hand-operated block for lifting, pulling and tensioning loads on site. This is the 3.2t size in the range, running a single fall of 10mm x 30mm Grade 80 alloy load chain with a 1.5m standard lift. It takes 320N of effort on the lever to move a full load, and the unit weighs 21kg.
Gears and mechanism sit inside an all-steel shell, and the built-in overload clutch limits what the operator can pull through the lever. The load chain is heat treated with a black finish, calibrated and marked to ISO 3077 and ISO 1834. ID plates and rivets are stainless steel to avoid sparking, which suits underground work.
