About this product
The Beaver 3S Manual Lever Block 1.6t is a hand operated lever hoist for lifting, pulling and tensioning loads up to 1.6 tonnes. This size runs a single fall of 8mm x 24mm Grade 80 load chain with a 1.5m standard lift, and it takes 240N of effort on the lever to move a full load. Violet colour coding marks the capacity at a glance on site, and at 11kg it is still a one hand carry between jobs.
Gears and mechanism sit inside an all steel shell, with the load chain calibrated and marked according to ISO 3077 and ISO 1834. Stainless ID plates and rivets cut the risk of sparking, which suits underground work. Body dimensions are 410mm closed height and 380mm across the handle. Every unit is operationally tested to rated capacity and supplied with a test certificate matching the stamped side plate. Complies to AS 1418.2.
