The 3M Peltor WS Alert XPV Solar Powered Headset is a Bluetooth MultiPoint earmuff that cuts hazardous noise while letting you take calls hands free. It carries a 27 dB, Class 5 rating and self-charges from whatever light is around you using PowerFoyle solar film, so there is no hunting for a charger mid-shift. Pair it to two devices at once for talking and streaming. The noise-cancelling boom mic keeps your speech clear on a loud site.
Level-dependent ambient listening and a Push-to-Listen button help you stay across what is happening around you, and Work Audio Profiles let you tune the audio to suit the conditions. Settings and power status run through the 3M Connected Equipment app on iOS or Android. Cups and shells are ABS with a stainless steel wire headband, PVC foil and PUR foam cushions that can be swapped out with a hygiene kit. Weight is 479.0 grams.
