About this product
The 3M Versaflo Spark Arrestor TR-362 fits over the filter on your Versaflo powered air unit and stops sparks and hot particles reaching it. If you are grinding, cutting or welding nearby, those glowing bits of metal can burn straight into filter media and ruin it. The spark arrestor takes that hit instead.
It also does a second job as a pre-filter, catching many of the bigger particles that would otherwise be pulled into the main filter and choke it early. That means the main filter spends its life doing the fine work it was built for. Rated to AS/NZS 1716 and suited to general use, it is a cheap bit of insurance on a respirator that is doing real work in a dusty, hot workshop.
