The 3M PELTOR WS LiteCom Plus LPD433 MHz Neckband Headset is a hearing protector with a pre-programmed analog two-way radio built into the cup, so crews can talk without carrying a handheld. The neckband design keeps the top of your head clear for a hard hat. Rated SLC80 30 dB Class 5 to AS/NZS 1270:2002, it cuts hazardous noise while the level-dependent function lets ambient sound through so you still hear what is going on around you.
Radio range runs up to 2 km depending on conditions. The noise-cancelling microphone is water resistant to IP68, and Bluetooth Multi-Point lets you pair a phone alongside a site radio. A voice-guided menu walks you through the settings, with battery status indication and auto power off to save charge.
