The 3M Versaflo Head Suspension M-150 is the replacement head suspension that sits inside M-106 and M-107 faceshield headtops, holding the shield square on the wearer's head. When the original suspension wears out or the padding gives up, you swap this in rather than replacing the whole headtop.
It uses a ratchet adjustment, so the operator can tighten or loosen the fit by hand without pulling the headtop apart. That matters on jobs where the same shield gets shared across a crew or worn for long stretches. Common uses are construction, demolition and grinding work. Keep in mind it is designed for the M-106 and M-107 headtops, so check the model stamped on your shield before ordering a spare.
