About this product
The 3M Peltor Optime II Hi-Vis Foldable Headband Earmuff is a folding headband earmuff built for loud work, rated at 32dB SLC80. It suits sites where machinery noise runs all day, think construction, mining, general manufacturing, heavy infrastructure and transport. The hi-vis colour makes the wearer easier to pick out in high risk areas, which matters around moving plant.
Wide, soft cushions spread the pressure around the ears so the muffs stay comfortable through a long shift. The cups are roomy inside, which cuts down on heat and moisture build-up in warm conditions. The headband folds for stowing in a bag or ute console between jobs. When the cushions and inserts wear out, replacement Hygiene Kits are available rather than replacing the whole set.
