The 3M Peltor Optime I Earmuffs with Neckband are lightweight hearing protectors for noisy work where a headband would get in the way, reducing noise levels up to 25 dB. The neckband sits behind the head, so the cups stay clear of hard hats, welding shields and other gear you already have on. Rated SCL80 25dB Class 4.
The low-profile cups have plenty of room inside, which helps cut down heat and moisture build-up through a long shift. Soft, wide cushions spread the load and take the pressure off around the ears. Cushions and inserts can be swapped out using replacement Hygiene Kits, so the muffs keep working after the foam has had a hard life. Suited to construction, mining, general manufacturing, heavy infrastructure and transport.
