The 3M DBI-SALA Miners Belt is a padded waist belt for work positioning and restraint, not fall arrest. This one is a Medium. The waist adjusts to suit the wearer, closing with a snap hook and D-ring buckle, so it is quick to get on and off over work clothing. A rear D-ring takes your restraint or rescue connection, and reflective tape across the back helps you stay seen underground or around plant.
Suited to maintenance crews, line work, oil production and rigging, anywhere you need to be held back from a leading edge or kept in position while you work. Use it only where there is no possibility of a fall. If the job involves a fall risk, you want a full body harness instead. The padded waist pad spreads the load and keeps you moving comfortably through a shift.
