The 3M Speciality Disposable Respirator Valved P1 with Nuisance Level Organic Vapour Relief is a P1 rated mask for fine particles, with a carbon layer that also handles nuisance levels of certain gases and vapours below exposure standards. The traditional convex shape, twin straps and adjustable nose clip give a repeatable fit, and the collapse resistant inner shell holds its form through a long shift.
A 3M Cool Flow exhalation valve vents warm, moist air, which makes a difference in humid conditions or where the work is hard and physical. The galvanised steel nose clip means the 9913V suits underground coal mines, and 3M recommends it for use against diesel particulate. Built from polyester, polyisoprene, polyurethane, steel, aluminium and galvanised steel, it weighs 13g in a one size fits all blue mask. Manufactured to AS/NZS 1716:2003.
