About this product
The 3M 9913 GP1 Cupped Particulate Respirator is a disposable mask for fine solid and non-volatile liquid particles, with a carbon layer that also handles nuisance levels of certain gases and vapours below exposure standards. It is built to AS/NZS 1716:2003 and uses 3M Advanced Electret Filter Material, so breathing resistance stays low through a long shift. The traditional convex shape, twin straps and nose clip give a one size fits all fit, in grey, at 13g to 18g.
Inside is a collapse resistant shell that holds its shape, and the 3M Cool Flow exhalation valve dumps heat and moisture when the work turns hard or the air turns humid. The galvanised steel noseclip makes this one suitable for underground coal, and 3M recommends it against diesel particulate. Materials include polyester, polyisoprene, polyurethane, aluminium and polypropylene.
