About this product
The 3M 6051B A1 Organic Vapour Cartridge Filter is a gas and vapour cartridge from the 3M 6000 series, rated A1 for organic vapours such as those given off by solvent based paints, glues and degreasers. High performance activated carbon does the filtering work. The 3M bayonet connection locks it onto 3M 6000 and 7500 series half face respirators, or 6000 and 7000 series full face masks.
Twin cartridges sit low and balanced on the mask, so your line of sight stays clear when you are working in tight spots or up on a platform. If there is dust, mist or fume in the air as well as vapour, fit a 3M 501 filter retainer over the cartridge and add a particulate filter for combined protection. Made to AS/NZS 1716.
