About this product
The 3M 5925 P2 Particulate Filter adds particulate protection to a gas and vapour setup, covering dusts, mists and fumes, including those containing oil. It clips over 3M 6000 Series cartridges and is held in place with the 3M 501 Retainer, so you keep your existing half mask and just add the layer you need for the job at hand.
Handy for sanding, grinding, cutting and drilling work in metal, masonry, wood or concrete, plus mist droplets thrown off during spraying. The P2 rating suits the sort of dust and fume you strike on site and around the workshop. Change the filter out when breathing gets harder or the filter is damaged, and check the retainer is seated properly before you start.
