The Beaver Metric Shouldered Eye Nuts 10mm is a threaded lifting point that screws onto an M10 stud or bolt to give you a rated eye for slings, shackles or hooks. It is the smallest thread in the range, with a working load limit of 230kg and a transverse load rating of 0.06 tonne. The eye stands 45mm high and 45mm wide, with a 25mm eye diameter and a 10mm section through the ring.
Zinc dichromate finish gives it a measure of corrosion resistance for workshop and site use. At 0.09kg it is light enough to keep a few in the toolbox for smaller jigs, panels and machine components. The shoulder needs to seat flush against the load face, so check the mating surface is flat and the thread is fully engaged before you take up any load. This eyenut is rated to DIN 582.
