The Beaver G70 Gold Clevis Grab Hooks with Wings 13mm is a shortening hook for 13mm lashing chain, used to take up slack and lock the chain off when you are tying down a load. It carries a lashing capacity of 9000kg, the largest in this range, so it suits heavy plant, steel and oversize freight where the lighter chain sizes run out of capacity. Grade 70 hi tensile fittings throughout.
The wings sit against the chain and stop the hook rolling out under tension, which keeps the leg loaded the way it should be. Zinc di-chromate gives it the gold finish that identifies transport chain at a glance. Body dimensions are 88mm b, 16.5mm d, 84mm e, 19.5mm f, 18mm g and 39mm w, and it weighs 0.68kg. Complies to AZ/NZS 4344.
