The Beaver Graded 70 Double Swivel Loadbinder with Eye Grab Hooks 13mm is an over centre binder for tensioning 13mm transport chain on truck and trailer loads. It is the heaviest size in the range, with a lashing capacity of 9000kg and a forged Grade 70 metal body. Fitted with winged eye grab hooks on both ends, so you can grab a link anywhere along the chain without reeving through.
Closed length runs 661mm at e and 747mm at f, opening out to 790mm and 876mm, which gives you plenty of take up on a long run of chain. Overall body dimensions are 819mm by 490mm, and it weighs 10.5kg, so it is a solid unit to handle. Double swivel ends let the hooks line up with the pull instead of twisting. Made to AS/NZS 4344.
