About this product
Beaver Sisal Rope in 24mm is a natural fibre rope for tying down loads on trailers and trucks, farm work and camping. It is made from natural staple fibres in a three strand twisted construction, and it is made to AS 4142.2. At 24mm it is one of the heavier diameters in the range, so it suits bigger loads and hands that want something solid to pull on.
The 250m length gives you plenty to cut to whatever job comes up without running short mid week. Sisal holds a knot well thanks to the exposed fibre ends, and the natural fibre shrugs off sunlight and weathering better than you might expect, so it lasts a reasonable time outdoors. It is also biodegradable. Keep it dry between jobs and check for chafe and broken strands before you rely on it.
