About this product
Beaver Sisal Rope 12mm x 250m is a natural fibre rope for tying down loads and general knot work around the yard, farm or truck. The 12mm diameter is the middle-ground size, easy to grip and knot by hand while still holding a decent bite over a load. Three strand twisted construction from natural staple fibres, made to AS 4142.2.
Sisal has exposed fibre ends, so it grips knots well and holds them without slipping loose on the road. It also takes sunlight and weather without falling apart quickly, which makes it a sensible pick for jobs left outside. The 250m length suits sites and sheds that get through rope regularly and cut lengths to suit. Being a natural fibre, it is biodegradable.
