The Beaver Polypropylene Film Rope 14mm x 125m Reel is a three strand twisted synthetic rope for tying down loads, mooring and general utility work around site, yard or farm. At 14mm it sits in the middle of the range, thick enough to grip and pull on by hand without the bulk of the heavier diameters, with a minimum breaking force of 29.9kN. The 125m reel length suits jobs where you want to cut your own lengths as you go.
Polypropylene shrugs off oil, petrol, acrid, rot, mildew, sunlight and weathering, so it holds up left outdoors. Common uses include truck and trailer tie downs, anchor rope, dinghy mooring lines and clotheslines. It is made to AS 4142.2. Keep it clear of sharp edges and check the strands for abrasion or flattening before each use.
