About this product
Beaver Polypropylene Film Rope 10mm is a three strand twisted synthetic rope for tying down loads and general purpose work around yards, farms and trailers. The 10mm diameter is the middle-ground size, light enough to hand-tie quickly but with enough body to hold a hitch under load. With 250m to work from, you can cut lengths to suit tie-downs, anchor lines or a mooring line for the dinghy.
Polypropylene handles the weather well. It shrugs off oil, petrol, acrid, rot, mildew and sunlight, so it can live outside without going brittle or soft. That also makes it a sensible pick for a clothesline, inside or out. The twisted construction is easy to splice and easy to inspect, and the rope is made to AS 4142.2.
