About this product
Beaver Polypropylene Film Rope in 8mm x 250m is a light general purpose fibre rope for tying down loads, mooring a dinghy or running a line out on the farm. The 8mm diameter is the handy end of the range, thin enough to knot and cinch quickly by hand but still with decent strength behind it. Three strand twisted construction in synthetic polypropylene, and it is made to AS 4142.2.
Polypropylene shrugs off oil, petrol, acid, rot and mildew, and it handles sunlight and weathering, so the rope can live outside on a trailer or a ute tray without going brittle. At 250m you have plenty of length to cut down for tie-downs on cars, trucks and trailers, anchor lines, clotheslines or whatever else needs a rope. Easy to handle, easy to store, and it stays workable when wet.
