About this product
Beaver Polypropylene Film Rope 6mm x 125m is a three strand twisted synthetic rope for tying down loads and general purpose work around the yard, ute or trailer. The 6mm diameter is the lighter end of the range, so it suits hand-tied lashings, clotheslines and small mooring or dinghy lines rather than heavy load restraint. It is made to AS 4142.2.
Polypropylene shrugs off oil, petrol, acrid, rot, mildew, sunlight and weathering, which is why this rope holds up outdoors where natural fibre gives up. It handles easily, holds a knot and stays strong for its size. The 125m length gives you plenty to cut to job length on farms, work sites or truck decks, and it also works as an anchor rope or interior clothesline.
