About this product
Beaver Silver Staple Polyethylene Rope in 14mm on a 125m reel is a general purpose three strand fibre rope for tying down loads and everyday outdoor jobs. The 14mm diameter gives you a rope with enough body to grip well in the hand and hold a knot, while 125m is a handy working length for truck and trailer tie-downs, farm work and site odd jobs.
Made from synthetic polyethylene fibres, it has medium strength and durability with a medium-to-soft lay that handles easily. The fibrillated film leaves hairs standing off the rope, which helps knots hold and improves resistance to abrasion. It shrugs off oil, petrol, acid, rot, mildew, sunlight and weathering, so it suits outdoor use. Silver rope floats and can be stored wet. Made to AS 4142.2.
