About this product
The Black Rat 4WD Polyester Winch Extension Straps 4t x 20m gives you another 20m of reach when your winch cable won't stretch to the anchor point. It is the longest option in the range, so it suits recoveries where the closest solid tree or vehicle sits well back from the bogged rig. Made from 50mm black polyester webbing with a minimum breaking strain of 4,000kg.
Both ends are protected where the strap takes the wear, which is where extension straps usually give up first. Polyester keeps the stretch down compared to a nylon recovery strap, so this one is for extending a winch line, not for snatching. At 2.47kg it rolls up small enough to live in the recovery bag without eating your load space.
