The Black Rat 4WD Bow Shackle 4.7t is a rated recovery shackle for connecting straps, ropes and towing gear on four wheel drives. It is the larger of the two sizes in the range, so it suits heavier vehicles and recovery work where you want more headroom above the load. Grade 'S' to AS 2741.
Every shackle is individually tested and stamped with its working load limit, so the 4.7t rating is there on the body where you can read it before you connect anything. Keep it for towing and recovery duties, not for lifting people or loads it was never rated for. Check the pin threads fully home and look over the bow for spread, gouges or bending after any hard pull.
