About this product
The Beaver Eye and Eye Commercial Turnbuckle in galvanised 10mm is a take-up fitting for straight, inline tension work on wire rope and chain assemblies. Both ends are eyes, so it pins straight into shackles, thimbles or connecting links without any extra hardware. The 10mm thread sits mid range across the seven sizes, giving you useful pull without the bulk of the larger bodies.
Adjustment runs from 188mm closed out to 295mm open, with a body length of 144mm, 12mm eye material and a 25mm eye opening. It is forged steel throughout, then hot dipped galvanised to slow down rust and corrosion on outdoor and coastal jobs. An electro plated finish is available if you want a lighter coating. Keep the threads clean and lightly greased so it winds freely next time you need to take up slack.
