About this product
The Beaver Hook and Eye Commercial Turnbuckle in galvanised 16mm is a tensioning fitting for straight or inline pulls on wire rope and chain assemblies. This is the 16mm thread size, giving you 250mm of take-up through the body, measuring 335mm closed and 520mm open. That range suits jobs where you need a fair bit of adjustment without swapping out the fitting. The hook end drops onto a fixing quickly, the eye end takes a shackle or thimble.
Forged steel through the body and end fittings, finished hot dipped galvanised to hold off rust and corrosion outdoors. Other dimensions run 24mm at B, 46.5mm at C and 19mm at D, with size and dimensions allowing plus or minus 10 percent. Worth noting, these are commercial turnbuckles and are not to be used for lifting applications. An electro plated finish is also made in this range if the job is undercover.
