The Beaver Super Buckles Jaw and Jaw with Lock Nuts 1/2" is a rated turnbuckle for straight line tensioning of wire rope and chain assemblies. This size runs a 1/2" thread with a 12 x 305 body, giving a working load limit of 1 tonne. It measures 470mm closed and extends to 775mm fully open, so you get 305mm of adjustment to pull an assembly up tight. Jaw opening is 14mm with a 9.5mm pin at both ends.
Made from Grade P high tensile material, quenched and tempered, with a hot dipped galvanised finish that stands up to outdoor and exposed work. The lock nuts hold your setting once the tension is right, which matters on anything that sees vibration or load cycling. Overall length is 342mm and the unit weighs around 1.1kg per 100. Complies Federal Specifications FF-T-791 Type1 Form1 Class.
