About this product
The Beaver Wire Rope Aluminium Ferrules 26.4mm x 52.8mm x 10mm are the swage sleeves you press onto a wire rope to form a permanent eye. This is the DIN Code 24 size, built around a 10mm C dimension, so it suits 10mm rope. Outside diameter is 26.4mm across A, 52.8mm across B, with an overall length of 84mm.
Aluminium swages down cleanly under a machine press and grips the rope evenly along the full barrel. These ferrules work with galvanised or black wire rope, which covers most sling and general rigging work. Beaver certifies them to EN 13411. Match the ferrule size to the rope diameter and the die in your press, then check the finished swage for cracks, skewing or short pressing before the assembly goes anywhere near a load.
