Beaver Wire Rope Aluminium Ferrules 5.5mm x 11mm x 2.1mm

About this product

The Beaver Wire Rope Aluminium Ferrules 5.5mm x 11mm x 2.1mm are swage sleeves for forming eyes in wire rope. This size runs a 5.5mm bore with an 11mm outside diameter and a 2.1mm wall, at 18mm long, and carries DIN code 5. It suits the smaller rope diameters you deal with on lifting slings, fencing runs, balustrade work and general rigging tails.

Press them with a machine swager and the aluminium flows tight around the rope, holding the eye without knots or clamps. They work with galvanised or black wire rope. Beaver aluminium ferrules are certified to EN 13411. Match the ferrule to the rope diameter, use the correct die, and check the finished swage length and width against the die chart before the assembly goes to work.
