The Beaver Wire Rope Thimbles Hot Dipped Galvanised 32mm is the heavy end of the range, made to line the eye of a 32mm wire rope so the rope bears against steel instead of crushing itself on a pin or shackle. The groove takes 33.4mm at dimension A, with a 95mm D and a 133mm overall height, so it suits the big eyes you see on crane pendants, tow gear and mooring work.

Hot dipped galvanising gives the thimble a thick zinc coat, which matters when the rope is working outdoors or around salt air. This Wire Rope Thimbles complies to AS1138. Check the size against your rope before swaging or splicing, since a thimble that is undersized will nip the rope and an oversized one will sit loose in the eye and work its way out.
