About this product
The 3M E-A-R FX Yellow Corded Ear Plugs are disposable foam plugs rated 26 dB (Class 5) for crews working in constant noise. The bell shape and flared end make them easy to roll down, seat and pull back out, and the slow-recovery polyurethane foam expands gently so it seals the canal without the pressure that has blokes pulling plugs out by smoko.
Bright yellow makes it obvious at a glance who has hearing protection in, and the cord keeps them off the ground between jobs. They suit construction, heavy engineering, metal processing and woodworking, along with chemical and pharmaceutical plants. Approved to AS/NZS 1270:2002 and rated CSA Class AL, they also work with the 3M E-A-Rfit validation system if your site fit-tests hearing protection.
