About this product
The 3M E-A-Rsoft SuperFit Corded Earplugs are disposable foam plugs rated 24 dB (Class 4) for noisy work where hearing protection is worn all shift. The cord keeps the pair together around your neck between tasks, so they are not left on the ground or in a pocket full of grit. Foam is a soft formulation with a smooth surface texture, and the tapered body is shaped to sit deep enough to hold that protection level.
Fitting is the part most blokes get wrong, so these use an orange fitting ring with a red line as a check. If you can still see the red line, the plug is not in far enough and needs rerolling and reseating. Approved to AS/NZS 1270:2002 and rated CSA Class AL. Available in regular and large. Suits construction, heavy engineering, metal processing, woodworking and chemical or pharmaceutical plants.
