About this product
Beaver Galvanised Wire Rope Grips 16mm are U-bolt clamps for terminating or forming an eye in 16mm wire rope. This is the 16mm size in the range, with a 22mm A dimension, 31mm B, 28mm C and a 12mm D, giving an overall 52mm height and 52mm width. The U-bolt is hot dipped galvanised, so it handles outdoor and wash-down work without surface rust taking hold quickly.
Rated to AS 2076. These grips are not suitable for lifting, so keep them to guy lines, fencing, bracing and general rope termination work where the load is static. Match the grip to the rope diameter, seat the saddle on the live end, and check the nuts are still tight after the rope has taken up its first load. Step up or down through the size range if your rope is not 16mm.
