About this product
Beaver Galvanised Wire Rope Grips 10mm are U-bolt clamps for forming an eye or a dead-end termination in 10mm wire rope. This size is matched to 10mm rope, with a 10mm D dimension across the bolt legs and a 28mm E spacing, so the saddle seats properly on the live end without crushing it. Body dimensions run 18mm A, 24mm B and 22mm C, with an overall height of 41mm and a width of 42mm.
The U-bolt is electro galvanised, which gives it some protection against weather and general site knocks. These grips are rated to AS 2076. They are not suitable for lifting, so keep them to guy lines, fencing, bracing and similar static jobs. Check the nuts stay tight after the rope has taken load and settled, and step up or down a size if your rope diameter changes.
