About this product
The Beaver Commercial Galvanised Wire Rope Grips in 25mm are u-bolt clamps used to form an eye or secure a tail on 25mm wire rope. This is the heavy end of the range, sized for the thick rope you see on guying, fencing, static rigging and general site work. The saddle measures 39mm across A, with a 34mm B dimension, 41mm C and a 14mm D. Overall the grip stands 78mm high and 70mm wide.
An electro galvanised finish gives the bolts and saddle a working level of corrosion resistance for outdoor use. These grips are not suitable for lifting, so keep them off any load bearing application. Fit them with the saddle on the live side of the rope, space them correctly and check the nuts for tension after the rope has taken up its initial stretch.
