Beaver Commercial Galvanised Wire Rope Grips in 16mm are u-bolt style grips for forming an eye or securing a tail on 16mm wire rope. This is the 16mm size in the range, built around a 12mm diameter u-bolt with 25mm spacing across the legs and a saddle measuring 49mm wide and 52mm high. The bridge sits 29.5mm deep over the rope.

Finish is electro galvanised, which gives reasonable protection for general fencing, guy wires, barriers and static rigging work. These grips are not suitable for lifting, so keep them off any load bearing application. Fit them with the saddle on the live rope and the u-bolt on the dead tail, torque them evenly, then check the nuts again after the rope has taken up its initial tension.
