About this product
The Beaver YC Industrial Girder Clamp gives you a quick anchor point on a steel beam for lifting, rigging and hoisting work. This is the 1t model, colour coded violet, with an adjustable beam width of 75 to 230mm and a net weight of 4kg. All-steel construction throughout. The threaded adjustment mechanism clamps onto the flange and the screws lock it off, so you get a secure grip for either a temporary hitch or a permanent mounting point.
Jaw design puts the load in off the flange edge, which keeps stress off the steel. Key dimensions include a 241mm maximum at A, B from 183 to 325mm, F from 125 to 162mm and a 20mm H. Each clamp is tested to 150% of the working load limit and comes with its own test certificate. The serial number is stamped on the body and on the stainless steel ID plate, so it matches straight back to that certificate. Complies to AS 4991.
