The Beaver B-Alloy Concrete Lifting Clutch 2.5t connects to a cast-in precast pin so you can lift panels and prefabricated concrete units safely. This is the 2.5t working load limit size in the range, a mid-weight option at 1.44kg with a 217mm overall length and a 188mm body height. Jaw and throat dimensions run 41mm at A and 48mm at B, with a 24mm G opening to suit the matching pin.
It engages under load when connected correctly, so crews are not fighting the clutch on the hook while a panel is hanging. Release is quick once the lift is landed. Each clutch carries its WLL, batch ID, date of manufacture and a unique serial number, and comes with a load test certificate. Complies to AS3850.1. Check the markings and the jaw for wear or deformation before every shift.
