Beaver Grade S Safety Pin Bow Shackle 55t

About this product

The Beaver Grade S Safety Pin Bow Shackle 55t is the heavy end of the range, built for major lifts and towing work where a 55t working load limit is needed. It runs a 63mm body with a 70mm pin, giving 105mm inside width and 267mm inside length, so there is room for thick slings and big fittings. The bow measures 184mm across with a 152mm diameter boss. At 41.05kg, it takes two sets of hands to place.

The safety pin setup, with bolt, nut and cotter, holds everything together on long-term or permanent rigging, and on jobs where the load slides and tries to rotate the pin. Grade S gives the strength for serious lifting. Hot dip galvanised finish handles the weather. Each shackle is marked with WLL, quality grade, size and batch ID or date of manufacture, is proof tested to the Australian Standard and complies to AS 2741, with test certificates available on request.
