About this product
The Beaver Grade S Safety Pin Bow Shackle 35t is a heavy lift shackle for permanent or long-term connections where the load can shift and rotate the pin. At 35t working load limit it sits near the top of the range, with a 51mm body, a 57mm pin and a wide 83mm inside jaw that takes bulky slings, thimbles and plate lugs.
The bolt, nut and split pin arrangement keeps the pin captive, so it stays put through rigging that is left standing for months. The bow measures 146mm across with a 197mm inside length, and the whole shackle weighs 20.65kg, so plan the lift and the handling. Hot dip galvanised for corrosion protection, proof tested, and marked with WLL, grade, size and batch ID. Complies to AS 2741, with test certificates available on request.
