About this product
The Beaver Colour Coded Safety Pin Bow Shackle 8.5t is a Grade S bow shackle for lifting jobs that stay rigged up for the long haul. At 25mm body with a 29mm pin, it sits in the heavier end of the range, giving you a 43mm inside width, 95mm inside length and a 68mm bow to take multi-leg slings without crowding. Weight is 2.78kg. The blue colour coding matches international WLL lifting standards, so matching it to the rest of your gear is quick on the deck.
Safety pin closure means a nut and split pin hold the pin in place, which suits permanent installs or loads that slide and try to rotate the pin. Each shackle is marked with WLL, grade, size and batch ID with date of manufacture. Proof tested and complies to AS 2741, with test certificates available on request.
