Beaver Grade S Safety Pin Bow Shackle 2t

About this product

The Beaver Grade S Safety Pin Bow Shackle 2t is a bolt, nut and cotter shackle for lifting and towing jobs where the connection needs to stay put. The 13mm x 16mm size gives a 2t working load limit, with a 13mm body diameter and a 16mm pin. Inside width is 21mm and inside length is 48mm, so multi-leg slings and thimbles seat in the bow without pinching. All up it weighs 0.44kg.

The safety pin setup suits long term or permanent rigging, and anything where the load can slide across the pin and turn it. Screw pin shackles will back off under that kind of movement, this one will not. Hot dip galvanised finish handles outdoor and coastal work. Each shackle is marked with WLL, grade, size and batch ID or date of manufacture, is proof tested to the Australian Standard and complies to AS 2741. Test certificates available on request.
