The Beaver Yellow Pin Grade S Screw Pin Dee Shackle 17t is a heavy end-of-range dee shackle for straight-line lifting, towing and recovery work. At 38mm body diameter with a 41mm pin, it carries a 17t working load limit, which puts it well past the mid-size shackles most crews keep on the truck. Inside width is 60mm and inside length 124mm, so it takes thick eyes, big master links and heavy hook throats without pinching.
Grade S steel gives the strength in a body that stays manageable for the rating, with a 92mm boss across the eyes. The finish is hot dipped galvanised with the yellow painted pin, so it stands out in a bin and handles outdoor work on mine sites and construction jobs. The screw pin closes by hand and should be run up fully before any load goes on. Complies to AS 2741.
