About this product
The Beaver Yellow Pin Grade S Screw Pin Dee Shackle 12t is a heavy duty in-line lifting connector for straight pull work on cranes, chains and wire rope assemblies. At 12t working load limit, this is one of the larger sizes in the Beaver Dee range, with a 32mm body and a 35mm screw pin. The 52mm inside width and 100mm inside length give you room for thick eyes and thimbles, and the 76mm diameter boss spreads the load through the pin.
Grade S steel gives high strength for its size, so you get the rating without stepping up to a bulkier fitting. The body is hot dipped galvanised and the pin is painted yellow, which makes it easy to pick out of a gear box or spot on a load. Suited to mining, construction, towing and 4WD recovery. Complies to AS 2741. Keep the pin fully wound home and inspect the body and pin for wear before each lift.
