The Beaver Grade M Dee Shackle - Galvanised 7t is a rated screw pin shackle for straight in-line lifting and rigging connections. At 7t working load limit it sits in the heavier end of the range, with a 35mm body and a 38mm pin, so it takes bigger hooks, thimbles and chain terminations than the smaller sizes. Inside width is 67mm and inside length 127mm, and the whole thing weighs 4.61kg.
Made from Grade 40 alloy steel and galvanised for better corrosion resistance, it holds up in marine work and commercial fishing as well as general site lifting. The screw collar pin makes it quick to pin up and break out by hand. Grade, WLL, manufacture date and body ID are stamped on each shackle for traceability. Complies to AS 2741.
